As part of providing a distinctively belgian experience we have the best of Belgian Beers exclusively on tap, each are poured by our trained staff using our 'perfect pour' method. We also stock the finest European and NZ bottled beers.

The Perfect Pour

Every one of our staff has been trained to pour you the perfect beer. The method we use has been designed to create the best tasting and well presented beer straight from our taps.

	1. Use the correct branded glass, clean and rinse.			2. Open the tap in one quick action, and let the first drops of beer flow away.
	3. Pour the beer into the glass, holding it at 45 degrees just under the tap. Make sure the tap does not touch the glass or dip into the beer.			4. Allow the natural creation of foam by lowering the glass.
	5. Close the tap in one quick action and move the glass away to prevent any drops to continue falling into the glass.			6. While the head foams up and overflows the side of the glass, smooth it gently with a head cutter.
	7. Clean the bottom and sides of the glass.			8. Serve the beer to the customer and watch them enjoy!
